Our fully self-contained apartments are designed to create a stunning living environment for people with contemporary tastes. The 1, 2 and 3 bedroom Apartments encompasses the very best features to compliment a stylish and tropical lifestyle. Each Apartment boasts a full size kitchen, in room laundry facilities, two bathrooms and large furnished balcony with stunning City, Pool or Tropical Garden Views. Whether you are here on holidays or for business, our cool and spacious apartments will allow you the luxury of having all of the amenities of home while you enjoy our tropical paradise.
Our Reception is located at Clarendon on Spence, 79 Spence Street Cairns. Our office hours are from 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Building types are not guaranteed and are allocated at the Managers discretion.
All after hours and weekend arrivals MUST contact Reception during office hours to arrange arrival information.

IMPORTANT: Apartment types (Clarendon, Beaumont and Regency) are at a request only and we reserve the right to change the apartment building type or upgrade as required. All apartments are in the same location side by side on Spence St. You will always receive the same apartment type booked (eg 3 Bedroom) but the location cannot be guaranteed, although we will always endeavor to give you your first choice of location. If you have any special requests eg ground floor or lift required please place request in comments section.

Airport transfers can be arranged for an additional fee - please contact Reception at least 72 hours before arrival. A Taxi Rank is located outside both Domestic & International Terminals. Estimated Taxi fee for a standard sedan is around $25. Check In time is from 2.00pm - Early Arrival requests are not guaranteed. Luggage Storage available at Reception. If you request an early check in please call 24 hours prior to confirm your request. Our office hours are from 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
