Mercure Sydney's shared dinner concept allows for the food to do the talking! With an abundance of NSW fresh local produce inspired with a Mediterranean twist, share a laugh and a great meal with family, friends and colleagues.

M Bar is a great place to relax after a long day at work or spectacular tour of Sydney. The warm neutral tones and comfortable arm chairs prepare you for an impromptu night cap. Order from our Grand Vins menu by the glass or the bottle, with a magnificent selection from our local wine regions.

Be mesmerized by the lively nature of Eve's Place sports bar. The brown earthy tones and tremendous cane furniture sets the scene while you sip on our wide selection of popular beers or shake it up a little with our unique blend of cocktails, spirits or wines. Happy Hour from 5.30pm - 7.30pm is a great way to meet new friends and save some money while you enjoy your favourite sporting match on our flat screen, LCD TV.

***Hospitality Room***

The newest addition to the variety of facilities Mercure Sydney provides is the purpose built hospitality room located on the 9th floor. This FREE service was designed for early arrival guests. The room boasts lounges, shower, toilet, magazine & newspapers, water cooler, flat screen, LCD TV with selected Foxtel channels, ironing facilities and coffee/tea facilities. Guests are welcome to leave their bags for secure storage with our friendly concierge team, freshen up and then go about their day from sight seeing to a business meeting.

Mercure Sydney has taken an incredible initiative in regards to your meeting & event needs. Choose from 9 conference rooms and tailored day delegate packages all including delicious and healthy food as well as access to our terrace overlooking the city skyline.
Your event will be carbon neutral. The greenhouse gases produced during your meeting are offset by funding renewable energy sources through the Carbon Reduction Institute. Mercure Sydney funds the cost of the carbon offsets and does not pass them onto you. We follow Accor’s global environmental charter with 20 priority actions identified to reduce energy and water consumption and improve waste management recycling.

-Taxi app. $25.00
-Shuttle bus to the front door app. $12 per person (one way)
-Driving: From the aiport turn onto General Holmes Dr, left onto South Dowling St, left onto Botany Rd (travel for app. 10 minutes), left at the end and quick right onto Regent St. Turn left onto Little Regent St, for carpark and driveway access to the hotel.
Coming from the North: travel over the Harbour Bridge, exit onto the Western Distributor, vear right towards Darling Harbour, turn left onto Harris St, turn left onto Regent st and then sharp left onto Little Regent St for carpark and driveway access to the hotel.
Coming from the East: travel down Oxford St, turn left onto Elizabeth St, turn right onto Eddie Ave, left onto Pitt St, vear right onto George St, left into Little Regent St for carpark and driveway access to the hotel.
Coming from the West: Drive down Parramatta Rd until you reach Braodway. Turn left onto Quay St, then left on Harbour St. Turn left onto Harris St, turn left onto Regent st and then sharp left onto Little Regent St for carpark and driveway access to the hotel.
