All rooms with water views and Private Jetties available, to moor your boat or Hire a boat from Reception to explore Paynesville, Fish or maybe even see the Dolphins that regularly swim past your door. Enjoy a room service breakfast on your private balcony overlooking the water or take a stroll along the foreshore, through the parks or visit the many National and Coastal Parks nearby.

All parking is off street with limited space for boat trailers, Onsite free BBQ’s at waters edge are available.

All motel rooms (3 ½ Star) are generous size with private balcony and consist of 15 Absolute waterfront north facing Motel rooms (including spa rooms and 2 storey Family motel rooms) all with queen size beds.

Fully Self-Contained Apartments (4 star) with magnificent views across McMillan Straits to Raymond Island are either 1 or 2 bedroom (all with full kitchen, microwave, washer, dryer and all linen and towels supplied). All have Queen bed in the main bedroom and either 2 single, 2 bunks, or a second queen in the 2nd bedroom.

Rates are for 4 people. Extra adults $20.00. Extra children $20.00. The room caters for a maximum of 5 adults, and a maximum of 3 children but cannot exceed 5 guests in total.

Getting There	By road, turn off the Princes Highway and travel from Bairnsdale to Paynesville, which is about a 12 minute drive. At the roundabout (on the entry to town), turn right into Main Road, and follow this to the end. Turn left into the Esplanade and follow this past the shops, restaurants and the ferry. Mariners Cove is on the corner of The Esplanade and Victoria Street. By Rail, catch the V-Line train to Bairnsdale and Buses or Taxi are avilable to connect to Paynesville.
