Features. * 3 spacious fully self-contained 2-bedroom cedar cottages offering value for money each accommodating up to 8 people. * Merlot cottage 1 bedroom with Queen bed for 2 people only. * Tastefully decorated with comfortable, country style furnishings. All linen provided. * Federation fireplaces ( except Merlot Cottage )and air conditioning. * Fully equipped kitchen, including microwave oven. * Colour T.V, video, stereo C.D. player. * Open verandas, individual barbecue and out door settings. Pure rainwater to every tap. * Set on 40 acres and surrounded by over 800 acres of bushland. * Relaxed picturesque rural setting designed for maximum privacy with each cottage approximately 100 mts apart. |

Directions to Hunter Hideaway Cottages, 234 Tuckers Lane, North Rothbury. ( 234 is rural addressing for 2340 mts or 2.4 klm) Directions to Hunter Hideaway Cottages, Tuckers Lane, North Rothbury. FROM SYDNEY: • Enter Freeway at Hornsby, travel approx. 1 hour, take Cessnock LEFT Turn Off from the freeway. • Follow Cessnock/Branxton for about 20 mins then signs into main street of Cessnock (Vincent Street). • At the end of Vincent St a quick LEFT the turn RIGHT into Allandale Road – follow Branxton & Vineyards signs. Allandale Rd. thens turns into Wine Country Dr. • Travel 18kms along Allandale/ Wine Country Dr. After 17kms you pass Balloons Aloft on your left & Hunter Country Lodge, then you pass Littlewoods Road on your right.( don’t turn in Littlewoods) • After 400m you pass Dominic Gully sign and then Tuckers Lane Advisory sign. Turn RIGHT into Tuckers Lane, slowing for the Dips, travel for 2.4km, turn LEFT into Hunter Hideaway Cottages and follow driveway to Office. FROM BRISBANE Via New England Highway • Scone, Muswellbrook, Singleton, and Branxton • Turn RIGHT at Traffic lights in Branxton (Clift Street) following Cessnock signs. • After 200m turn LEFT at intersection (Drinan Street) following Cessnock sign. • After 100m turn RIGHT at Fire Station (Bridge Street) following Cessnock/Sydney Sign • Travel 2km passing through the township of North Rothbury. • Travel 1km passing Tuckers Lane Advisory Sign turn LEFT into Tuckers Lane, slowing for the Dips, travel for 2.4km, turn LEFT into Hunter Hideaway Cottages and follow driveway to Office. FROM BRIBANE VIA PACIFIC H’WAY OR NEWCASTLE VIA NEW ENGLAND H’WAY • Hexham, East Maitland, Rutherford, Lochinvar, and Greta • Head for Greta past Welcome to “CITY of Cessnock” sign. ( don’t head for Cessnock from Maitland ) • Past Welcome to Greta sign • Turn first LEFT at Service Station into Nelson St ( big sign to Kurri Kurri ). • Travel for 1km then over the Railway Line Bridge. • After a further 400m turn RIGHT into Tuckers Lane. • Travel for 1.8km, turn RIGHT into Hunter Hideaway Cottages and follow driveway to Office. |

Golfing at Cypress Lakes, The Vintage resort courses and a number of local courses. Numerous art & craft galleries, restaurants & cafes, cheese and chocolate products and award winning gardens. Olive oil festivals, cooking demonstrations, long lunch weekends, Jazz & opera events and a number of other musical festivals including some of the countries hottest Blues performers. |
