All 432 guest bedrooms offer climate control, and famous 'cloud 9' beds with fresh cotton duvets. All of the beautiful granite bathrooms have a bath and separate walk-in power shower as standard. Obviously the usual creature comforts such as coffee and tea making facilities, in-room safe, fridge and iron and ironing board are also included. The hotel offers a variety of dining options. Guests can enjoy a relaxed meal in Galucci's ; traditional pub grub in Morgan's or opt for all day dining menu in the Palm Deli. Business FacilitiesThere are 12 meeting and conference rooms at The Arora. The smaller meeting rooms have a flipchart, a whiteboard, some have mulit-media projector and a smart board. The Palm suite is a large room flooded with natural daylight, making it ideal for meetings, breakfast or private dining.The Executive Boardroom has dual plasma screens with video conferencing and a sound system with remote control, a DVD, CD, TV and Laptop Inputs. The New Sussex suite boasts a fixed boardroom table along with a media wall consisting of a 50" plasma screen, and has the added advantage of an interconnecting syndicate room. The latest in offering comfort away from home are our Premier Rooms situated on the 4th Floor. With views over the fountain, you can enjoy complimentary refreshments, newspapers and internet access whilst watching television on a 42" plasma screen. In your room you find a reclining leather chair, luxury amenities, bathrobe, mineral water and with complimentary overnight parking. |

| Getting There |
FROM LONDON GATWICK AIRPORT - Leave the Airport and follow signs for the M23 Brighton. From the M23, exit junction 10 and follow signs for Crawley. At the first roundabout take the second exit towards the town centre. At the next roundabout, take the first exit towards the County Mall Shopping Centre. Go straight over the two sets of traffic lights and you will see the hotel on the right hand side. FROM THE M25 - Leave a junction 7 following signs for the M23 Gatwick and Brighton.From the M23, exit junction 10 and follow signs for Crawley. At the first roundabout take the second exit towards the town centre. At the next roundabout, take the first exit towards the County Mall Shopping Centre. Go straight over the two sets of traffic lights and you will see the hotel on the right hand side. BY TRAIN - There is direct platform access from the hotel onto Crawley Train station offering direct links to both Gatwick (8 minutes) and London Victoria (40 minutes). Once you arrive by train, walk towards the hotel, visible from the platform and press the gate entry button for access to the Arora International. HOTEL SHUTTLE - The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle between the hours of 05.15 and 21.15. The shuttle operates on an hourly service and can be booked on arrival at the hotel. For transfers from the Airport please call 01293 530-000 once you have collected your luggage as the shuttle is on a request only basis. In the event that the shuttle if full or if you require transfers outside of the hours above, we can organise a taxi for you; at the cost of £8.50. |

Car Parking on-site is on a first come, first served basis. The underground car park provides 24 hour survellance and if parking is not included in your rate then a charge of £10 per night is applicable. |
