This meticulously decorated apartment is situated just two minutes from the Sorbonne and the Luxembourg Gardens. This one bedroom apartment is 35m² and on the 3rd floor without elevator. The bedroom has a double bed, a closet, a chest of drawers, a table with chairs and other decorative items. The living room has a sofa bed, that easily converts into a double bed for 2, a coffee table, television (local chanels) and a telephone line. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, micro wave, coffee maker, toaster, a clothes washing machine, and a complete set of kitchen utensil and crockery.
