Quality Affordable AAA Four Star Accomodation combining prime position together with a queit location. Situated just 200 metres from the beautiful Mollymook Beach and 150 metres to one of Australia's best located Golf Club's, over-looking Mollymook beach. We have 4x 2 bedroom apartments and 3x 1 bedroom apartments. All apartments are fully self-contained with a queen size bed in the main bedroom and 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom. The apartments consist of a full kitchen ajoining the lounge living area with a TV and ceiling fans (also in the bedrooms) and heating. A balcony runs off from the living area viewing out to the Golf course and partial ocean horizon views. All linen and towels are provided and the apartments are serviced weekly. There are no pets allowed and no smoking inside the apartments. |

Business FacilitiesThe apartments all have a phone lines which can be used for computer access as well.There are number of beautiful restaurants in the area and we can provide discount vouchures for two of these, Out of the Blue restaurant (50 metres away) and the Harbourside Restaurant- the nicest seafood restaurant in the area which receives rave reviews in the Sydney papers. |

| Getting There |
If you are traveling, take the Princess Highway and turn onto Golf Avenue (roundabout) and opposite the Golf Club entrance turn left onto Shepherd St, 100 metres before the beach. If traveling via train, alight at Bombaderry (Nowra) and take the bus 50 minutes to Mollymook. Pick-up can be arranged from the Bus stop. Premier Bus services operates right along the Coast from Melbourne to Sydney daily. |

There is one under-cover car park per apartment. There is plenty of off-street parking available as well. |
| Things To Do |
Mollymook Beach is a venue for many State and National surf life saving titles. The beach is patrolled at both the north and south ends during the summer. Look out for the local pod of dolphins feeding near the shore and for whales during August & September. There are two golf courses in the local area, Hilltop Championship Golf Course (2kms away) and the 9 hole Beachside Golf Course (150 metres) which is less strenuous and visitors are welcome at both courses. The area is surrounded by the Morton and Budawang National Parks to the west, Lake Conjola to the north with Lakes Burrill and Tabourie to the south. The historic town of Milton is a short drive away with art galleries, antiques and a selection of restaurants and cafes. Ulladulla town centre is only two kilometres south and has a cinema, major shops, the harbour and a choice of restaurants. Other favourites in the area, fishing from the beach/platform and deap-sea fishing charters available, Scuba diving, waterskiing, bowls, bush walking and wine tasting. |
