| Getting There |
From the domestic airport turn left onto the Great Eastern Highway and travel 5kms. The Country Comfort Inter City Hotel and Apartments is situated at 249-263 Great Eastern Highway Belmont, our entrance is located by taking a left onto Hardey Rd. The hotel is directly across from the Hungry Jacks at Belmont. From the international airport take the Tonkin Hwy for five minutes heading north (turn right when leaving the airport) exit onto the Great Eastern Highway and follow the directions for the domestic as above. From Perth city follow the signs to the airport and onto the Great Eastern Highway,The hotel is located two minutes before the domestic airport on the right hand side of the highway. Via public transport from the city the number 36 bus stops on our front door and runs every 30 minutes. We also offer a shuttle service from the domestic airport please call the hotel on arrival to arrange pick up. |

We are walking Distance to Ascot Racecourse the home of horse racing in Perth and home of the Perth Cup held annually on the 1st of January. Short taxi ride to Perth CBD including Perth Mint, River Cruises, Kings Park and Botanical Gardens. A stones throw from Burswood Entrainment Complex which includes the Burswood Casino and the Burswood Dome. Day trips to Rottnest Islands (or to the locals Rotto) Western Australia’s Favourite holiday playground and home of the Quokka, offering pristine beaches ideal for surfing, swimming, fishing and diving. You can see the whole island by a leisurely 3 hour bike ride or just relax and enjoy one of the many restaurants on the island. Rotto is also famous for whale watching with the annual spring migration of the magnificent Humpback and Southern Wright Whales. Our reception can organize day tours to and from the island on request. Visit Fremantle by bus ferry or train and tour the Fremantle Prison one of Western Australia’s most fascinating and significant cultural attractions. Day tours, Torchlight tours and Tunnels tours are just some of the fun on offer. Perth Zoo is easily accessible by public transport and located 5 minutes from Perth city. While at the zoo experience The Australian Walkabout, African Savannah and The Asian Rainforest. Swan Valley a world of surprise just minutes away. Located on the Great Eastern Hwy the Country Comfort Inter City sits on the gateway to the Swan Valley Wine Region. Just 15 minutes drive separates us from a 32-kilometer scenic loop which encompasses more than 150 places to eat and drink, amongst this are winery cafes, breweries and fine restaurants and a trademark of the valley many roadside stalls selling just picked local produce. |
