Eco Village is a pleasant 1 1/2 hour drive down the Bruce Highway from Cairns or 2 1/2 hours from Townsville. Grey Hound and Premier Bus Service pick up at their terminal in Cairns and Townsville and delvers to the bus station in Mission Beach. Sun Palm Connections pick up from Cairns Airport and most accommodation houses in Cairns and deliver to our door. One way car rental is available from Sugarland Car Rentals in Cairns. |

| Things To Do |
Enjoy a walk on the beach or on some of the local tropical rainforest walkways. Take a day cruise to Dunk Island or The Great Barrier reef. Within an easy drive you can visit the many waterfalls in the area, interesting Paronella Park, the crocodile park or learn about the local sugar industry with a visit to the Tully sugar mill or sugar museum. Catch your dinner at the nearby boat ramp, jetty or on a chartered fishing trip. For the more adventurous there is white water rafting on the Tully River or take in the scenic beauty of the area as you sky dive onto the beach. |
