Villa Vista Bed and Breakfast is an Edwardian Villa circa 1900. It's fantastic views over the Pacific Ocean, Cape Kidnnapers and Te Mata Peak makes it an ideal setting for a Bed and Breakfast. We offer 3 large private bedrooms, all with ensuites, television, tea/coffee making facilities, air conditioning and other extra ammenities. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and an extra large room offers a queen and a single bed as well. There is also a room with a glorious balcony where you can sit and enjoy the uninterrrupted views perhaps with a nice glass of Hawke's Bay wine. Guests of the B&B can experience a delightful breakfast every moring in the comfort of the main dining room. Located 2 minutes drive from the center of Napier and approximately 10 minutes walk, Villa Vista is located for convenience and practicality. Cafes, restaurants and other local ammenities are only minutes away, however you will be in very peaceful sorroundings. |

Rates are for 1-2 people. Maximum occupancy is 3. Large and private bedroom with queen bed, and single ,ensuite, views of the Ocean. TV, tea/cofee making facilities, continental or cooked breakfast. Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $25.00. Extra children $15.00. The room caters for a maximum of 3 adults, and a maximum of 1 child but cannot exceed 3 guests in total. From City end of Marine Parade turn into Cootes road (slightly north of Ocean Spa Pools), turn into Thompson Road, first street on your left is France Road, turn into it. Villa Vista is located on your right - 22A France Road, drive up the drive way and we will await you. |
