My Place Colonial Accommodation is a self-catering establishment. It consists of 8 self-contained units varying in size. 2 Studio which are suitable for 2 adults, 3 one bedroom units, which can sleep up to 4 adults. 3 two bedroom which can sleep up to 5/6 adults. They all have full kitchen facilities, ensuites, all linen provided including towels. TV/DVD in units. There is a well equipped laundry on site and BBQ facilities. On site parking - adjacent to units. Cots are available - free of charge. We are very conveniently located within walking distance to Restaurants, shops, supermarkets and museums. There are many attractions to visit in Albany. It is the oldest European settlement in Western Australia dating back to 1826 and has many historical buildings. Albany has a stunning coastline and views from mountain tops. It has many beaches for swimming, fishing. There are harbour and river cruises, whale watching from Jun-Oct and wildflowers from Aug-Nov. Bush walks are very popular and there is easy access from here to Mount Clarence and the famous Bibbulmun Track. There is plenty entertainment also as the town has numerous first class restaurants, cafes and bars. |

Harbour View Apartment
Spacious two bedroom apartment with town and harbour views. Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $15.00. Extra children $10.00. The room caters for a maximum of 6 adults, and a maximum of 4 children but cannot exceed 6 guests in total. The following bedding is provided:

Two Bedroom Units
Rates are for 2 people. Maximum occupancy is 6. Extra adults $15,children under twelve $10. Bedding is a queen bed in the main bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom. There is a sofa bed in the living area for additional guests. Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $15.00. Extra children $10.00. The room caters for a maximum of 5 adults, and a maximum of 3 children but cannot exceed 5 guests in total. The following bedding is provided:

Check in is at the Reception area after 2.00pm. We give information and assistance if required. Our office closes at 5.30 pm. If you are arriving after 5.30pm please let us know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for your checkin. |

| Getting There |
Travel down the Albany Highway to the end, round roundabout and on to the York Street, Turn left in front of Town Hall and that is Grey Street East. Cross over one street and you will see us on the right hand side. In the heart of Albany Town, 200 metres from main street. |

| Things To Do |
There are many local attraction as Albany is the oldest European settlement in Western Australia dating back to 1826. You can enjoy the fascinating heritage by visiting museums and historical buildings. Then there is lots of sightseeing to do as the coastline is stunning and views from mountain tops. Visiting beaches, swimming and fishing are just some of the things you can do. Harbour and river cruises, whale watching from Jun-Oct and wildflowers from Aug-Nov. There are bush walks on the doorstep with easy access to Mt Clarence and the famous Bibbulman Track, one of the world's most scenic and tranquil settings. There is Entertainment as the town has numerous first class restaurants, cafes and bars. |
