Offering guests a choice of studio and hotel style rooms comfortably furnished with modern amenities, Studio rooms feature kitchenette facilities, individually controlled air-conditioning, ISD/STD direct dial telephone, hairdryer and toiletries, mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities.

BreakFree Directors Studios offers a host of facilities to meet the needs of business and leisure travellers. We offer guests 24-hour reception, room service (specified hours only) same day laundry service (fee), babysitting service (fee), guest laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Things To Do	Adelaide Botanic Gardens is a haven in the heart of the city and is the most visited cultural attraction in South Australia. It is easy to understand the garden's popularity with its range of unique attractions including the picturesque Botanic Park, International Rose Garden, stunning Bicentennial Conservatory, Museum of Economic Botany and the enchanting Palm House, just to name a few. The Adelaide Central Gallery holds 10 exhibitions a year highlighting the best contemporary artists from South Australia and interstate. The gallery is located within Adelaide Central School of Art. Adelaide Zoo is located in shady parklands just a few minutes walk from Adelaide's city centre and is one of Australia's most historic and interesting zoos.
