Swansea Beach Chalets has several Chalet styles with stunning views from the property of the Freycinet Peninsula over Great Oyster Bay and a private beach. Spa Chalets have private balconies above the beachfrontage with a queen bed in the main bedroom and singles in the other. New studio chalets have open plan but separate living space opening onto balconies with spectular coastal views. The Chalets offer great protection from the coastal elements whilst providing all the comforts of home. All chalets/studio are self contained with linen supplied. The sandy beach is perfect for swimming and water sports, or take the five minute walk into the centre of Swansea village to explore its rich heritage. If you are feeling introspective, take a walk along deserted Nine Mile Beach and breathe in the restorative sea air. Swansea is rapidly gaining a reputation for its eclectic charm and hospitality and is a perfect spot from which to explore the east coast, with the towns of Bicheno, Coles Bay and Orford, and the breathtaking beauty of our coastal national parks all a short drive away. A fantastic location for a quick break from the humdrum, less than 2 hours drive from either Hobart or Launceston. |

We are located in Shaw Street at the northern end of Swansea. Swansea is around 2 hours leisurely drive from either Hobart or Launceston along the Tasman Highway. |

Each Chalet has a dedicated parking space for one vehicle. |
| Things To Do |
Whether its nature, heritage, food and wine or simply relaxing, Swansea and its environs offers plenty of activities. We are also a short 45 min drive from Coles Bay National Park, enjoy the walk to Wine Glass Bay, and return to Swansea for a relaxing evening looking over Great Oyster Bay to the Hazards. Bicheno is also a short drive away, and we have landmarks like the Spiky Bridge and Kate's Raspberry Farm. |
