Located on Bealey Avenue, close to all central city attractions, the Bella Vista Motel offers guests high standard, comfortable, accommodation in the heart of Christchurch. Our complex which was completed in 1998, has 23 self contained units ranging from standard studios to 2 and 3 bedroom townhouse apartments, all fully serviced daily. We have a range of accommodation to suit all needs. An outdoor barbecue is available. All rooms are well equipped, and a breakfast service is available. |

This is great accommodation for large groups with the option of different bedding configurations. The full kitchen is well equipped and the lounge area spacious. Rates are for 4 people. Extra adults $20.00. Extra children $20.00. The room caters for a maximum of 6 adults, and a maximum of 4 children but cannot exceed 6 guests in total. Available bedding configurations:

| Getting There |
The Bella Vista is located 193 Bealey Avenue, between Colombo Street and Manchester Street. We are located on one of the four avenues and easily found from any of the arterial routes into the City. Approaching Christcurch from the North (State Highway One) take the turnoff to City Centre. Follow Cranford Street, then Sherbourne Street to Bealey Avenue. Turn Left into Bealey Avenue. The Bella Vista is 50 metres on your left. From South (State Highway One)at the roundabout turn left onto Blenheim Road and travel for approx 4 kilometres to an overbridge, which leads to Moorehouse Avenue. Travel along Moorehouse Ave and turn left into Montreal Street (One Way Street) until you reach the end of Montreal. Bealey Ave intersects. Turn right and you will find the Bella Vista approx 1 km on the left. |

We have a comprehensive list of attractions available at reception,and are happy to book any trip. Known as 'the garden city', Christchurch has many large parks and public gardens. Hagley park is centrally located, the four avenues, Botanic gardens and Victoria Square, all contribute to the city's special character. Key attractions include punting on the River Avon, balloon rides and the Antartic Centre. |
