Located on Golden Beach opposite the beach, Fairseas is a walk-up complex, built in 1998. 2 and 3 bedroom luxury fully self contained apartments with ensuite plus separate bathroom in every apartment, large balconies with beach and park views, secure lock-up garages, sparkling swimming pool, spa, BBQ and gazebo area. Air conditioning is available upon request for an additional fee. Overlooking the beautiful Pumicestone Passage, shady picnic areas with barbeques, childrens playgrounds and bike/walking tracks are at your doorstep. |

| Getting There |
Take the Bruce highway, exit at Caloundra Rd turnoff. Follow down till the second Golden Beach sign and turn right (Park st/Landsborough Pde), opp Stockland shopping centre. Follow till it becomes Esplanade, we are at no. 68. Only 20min drive from Sunshine Coast Airport, or 1 hour from Brisbane. |

Steve Irwin's Australia Zoo Underwater World Big Pineapple Glasshouse Mountains Sunshine Coast hinterland Skydiving, jet-skiing, fishing, boat hire, golf (at the new Greg Norman designed Pelican Waters course). We are a 2min walk to Golden Beach shopping strip where you will find shops, restaurants, cafes, etc. We are a 25min walk along the walking track next to the beach to the CBD. Local courtesy buses are available to nearby clubs. |
