The William Ricketts Sanctuary is also well worth a visit. Excellent rail system to Melbourne 40minutes to Flinders Street. The Motel is only one and a half hours drive from the Great Ocean Road or Phillip Island with its Seals, Koalas and world renowned Fairy Penguins. The motel is well served by public transport and within walking distance to the railway station, central Dandenong and hospitals. Also within walking distance of Thomas Street. Reasonable real estate prices and good business opportunities for those wishing to make business contacts. |

Follow signs from Airport to Dandenong and South eastern suburbs, exit freeway to Stud Rd, turn right at Stud Rd follow road to Princes Highway. Turn right at Princes Highway and travel back through Dandenong for approx 1.2kms. Motel located on south side. |
