The Hotel Galles is located in Corso Buenos Aires, one of the most important street of Milan, in an elegant fully restored eighteenth century building. Every room has been individually designed, each with its own particular style and elegance. Every one of the 188 rooms of the hotel is characterized by elegance and functionality. The colours, fabrics and attention to detail give each environment a sober and unique personality. The “Terrazza Restaurant” is on the sixth floor of the hotel, where you can admire the rooftops of the city that create a refined atmosphere, perfect for a business lunch, romantic and intimate for a candle lit dinner. The Maitre organizes selection of first courses of vintage spirits, chocolates, teas, and fine wines along with cultural, musical and social events. There is also the availability of a large screen for important sporting events not to lose. The “Cigar Room” (smoking-room): Alongside the main room of the restaurant, which is a non-smoking environment, one can find a small dining area reserved for smokers, in accordance with current laws and with respect to the free choice of all our guests. In this room there is a purpose-built humidor where the cigars are preserved at a humidity of 70% and a temperature between 18 and 21 degrees. This room is an ideal place for people who are united by a communal passion for the enjoyment of a relaxing, high-quality cigar. It is also holds the private cigar collection of the hotel manager, and is where each guest can store their own cigars. The “Fitness Centre” The hotel’s fitness centre is an area for relaxing where you can release energy and at the same time get rid of the stress accumulated during the day. The fitness centre is equipped with a sauna, steam room, a mini-gym with relax zone and whirlpool showers. After The Fitness Center we created “The Roof”, a solarium located at the top floor. This small and very quiet oasis is ideal for sunbath and relaxes. Here, you will enjoy with one of the nicest view of Milan. “The Garden”: A place, but above all a meeting, an occasion in order to socialize in absolute relaxes. From Central Railway Station - From “Milano Centrale” Railway Station (1 km) take the trolley bus toward Lambrate or toward the Duomo, get off to the Lima stop - By Metro. Take the green line toward Gobba, get off to the Loreto stop and then take the red line toward Molino Dorino/Bisceglie, get off to the Lima stop. From the Highway - From A1 Milano/Roma highway and A4 Milano/Venezia highway (4 km), exit Palmanova and go toward the centro (city center) From the Airport - From Linate Airport (10 km), take bus toward San Babila, then the metro, red line, toward Sesto FS, get off to the Lima stop - From Malpensa Airport (60 km), Malpensa Express to the Cadorna Station, then the metro and get off to the Lima stop |
