San Mateo is a an elegant 4 star Mediterranean style medium rise 8 level buiding with 29 apartments consisting of 1x bedroom Apts, 2xBedroom Family Apts and 2xbedroom 2xbathroom sub Penthouse and Penthouse apartments. Many apartments have ocean views. One bedroom apartments have a queen bed, two bedroom apartments have a queen bed and two single beds and penthouse apartments vary but some have a queen bed, double bed and a single bed while others have a queen and two single beds. Many apartments also have a pull-out sofa bed. All apartments are fully self contained. The modern full size kitchens are equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, bench oven, hotplates and grill. The laundry contains a washing machine and tumble dryer. Colour remote control television with free Foxtel is available in all apartments. All linen, bath towells, soap and starter tea/coffee/milk and small toiletries are supplied. Centrally located 1 block back from the patrolled beach between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach and a short stroll along the beach promenade to the shopping centres and cafes. Also handy to Jupiters Casino and Gold Coast Convention Centre and Pacific Fair shops and movie theatres. We have rollaway beds and porta cots avaailable for hire as well as prams. |

| Getting There |
San Mateo on Broadbeach is on the corner of Old Burleigh Road and Second Avenue, Broadbeach. If travelling south turn left at Second Avenue opposite the Broadbeach Fire Brigade Station. Travelling north along the Gold Coast Highway turn right at the Broadbeach Fire Brigade Station into Second Avenue then left into Old Burleigh Road, we are situated on the corner. |

Enjoy the heated swimming pool and spa, have a BBQ in our tropical landscaped gardens. 2 minute walk to patrolled beach. Take a leisurely stroll along the boardwalk by the beach to the shops or restaurants at Broabeach. Bikes and boogie boards are available for hire Theme park tickets are available at our onsite tour desk as are many other day trips and tours. |
