Franklin Central Apartments are superbly located in the heart of Adelaide's central business district, within easy walking distance of many Adelaide highlights including the Adelaide Convention Centre, casino, arts precinct, Rundle Mall shopping, Central Market and Gouger Street cafes. We are also located only a 3 minute walk from the Seven day Coles Supermarket, great for buying and preparing what you want when you want. We cater for the Corporate Traveller, providing High speed Internet access in all rooms, wireless Internet in our Cafe and Conference room, even if only for one night Apartment accommodation is the most comfortable and cost effective solution. Also for the corporate traveller, we are walking distance to Adelaide Convention Centre, Waymouth Street, Grenfell Street, Currie Street, King William Street and Pirie Street. Car Parking must be pre booked and will now be guaranteed ( extra cost $15/night) A valid credit card must be supplied at check in to cover incidental charges incurred(we may hold up to $500)Photo ID must also be supplied at checkin. We have a strict no party policy and any guests that do not comply, may have their booking cancelled. On the corner of Franklin and Bentham streets in Adelaide's CBD. One block from Victoria Square, just behind the GPO. Directions from airport: Follow the main road out of the airport car park until Sir Donald Bradman Drive. Turn right and drive towards city centre, where you will come to West Terrace, turn left at West terrace and then first right at Franklin Street, we are located at number 36 on the left hand side, past the Central bus station. Taxi: Around $15.00 |
| Parking |
There is limited under cover car parking in the secure basement car park at a cost of $15.00 per day. Guests are issued with a remote to come and go as they please. Parking must be pre booked to ensure you are guaranteed a park. Alternate car parking is available at several local multi-level car parks within minutes of the apartments, a discounted price has been arranged for our guests at some locations. |

Day tours to the Barossa Valley, Victor Harbour, Hahndorf and The River Murray. The atmosphere and experience of The Central Markets is just a short walk away. Gouger Street, Adelaide's main restaurant precinct, offers food from all over the world. Rundle Mall, the main shopping street offers a wide variety of stores and eating areas. Take some time to look through the many arcades. Glenelg Beach is only a 20 minute ride away on Adelaide's historic tram. |
