We have 5 poolside villas (2 have bath spas), 4 waterfront villas (1 has spa bath) and 6 two-storey cottages (1 has spa bath). All have 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, full bathroom, balcony and modern conveniences. |

Rates are for 2 peoples. Maximum occupancy is 6. Queen bed in sep upstairs bedroom w/ ensuite toilet, downstairs bedroom has 2 × single beds in bunk arrangement and 1 × queen bed, full bathroom, full kitchen, linen supplied. Extras $15/$8 pn adult/child. Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $15.00. Extra children $8.00. The room caters for a maximum of 4 adults, and a maximum of 5 children but cannot exceed 6 guests in total. The following bedding is provided:

| Getting There |
Directions to Monterey Tourist Park From Sydney Take the Newcastle Expressway from Sydney. Exit from the Expressway at the Budgewoi, Swansea, Charlestown exit (second exit after the Caltex Twin Service Station). Continue through the Doyalson traffic lights then turn left onto Rutleys Road (sign post to Mannering Park) then right onto Vales Road. Take the first right after the Post Office (Monterey Ave). Monterey Tourist Park is at the end of the street. From North of Lake Macquarie Take the F3 Expressway towards Sydney. Exit from the Expressway at the Morisset exit and turn left onto Mandalong Rd. Go straight ahead through the first roundabout. Turn right at the next roundabout onto Freemans Drive then turn left onto Rutleys Road (sign post to Mannering Park) then left onto Vales Road. Take the first right after the Post Office (Monterey Ave). Monterey Tourist Park is at the end of the street. How to get there by public transport On weekdays there is a bus service from Wyee station to Mannering Park (route 197). Get off at the Primary School and Monterey Tourist Park is at the bottom of Monterey Ave across the road. On weekends there is a bus service from Wyong station to Lake Haven (route 80/81) and a service from Lake Haven to Mannering Park (route 197). For train & bus timetables, check the internet. |
