This is important to us (your hosts) with the planning of our outside the house activities. This way we can make sure we will be here when you arrive. Much obliged. Directions to Ascot Parnell Luxury B&B: Please note: Our B&B is not visible from the street. There is no sign at street level. At # 32 St. Stephens Ave - Drive down the private concrete driveway to the black steel gate and ring the bell on the pillar on your right. (with Ascot Parnell label) Airport meet and greet available by Bart in BMW-7: If you are flying in, "especially useful if you are arriving from a very early or late flight", the owner Bart can come and "Meet & Greet" you at the airport. His personal service costs 25% less than a taxi. If you wish this service; kindly contact us in advance on the number in your confirmation email to advise us of your flight number and E.T.A. at the airport. Bart will meet you in the arrival hall and bring you here, a 25 minute drive. Directions from the airport by car: Take road No. 20 (Motorway) direction Auckland City. Take EXIT 15 "Queenstown Road", at the top turn right and follow direction Auckland centre. Keep driving straight ahead. Stay on that road all the way to Parnell (Road No 12). After about 15 minutes you will be in Parnell on Parnell Road. On your right hand side, by traffic lights, you will see the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity (a large modern building, next to an old white Church). On your left hand side is an Italian bakery "Pandoro" which is opposite the Cathedral - this is where you turn right into our street (St. Stephens Avenue). We are 300 m downhill @ #32, on the left hand side. Directions from Motorway North (Ex Whangarei/Bay of Islands): Cross Harbour Bridge - Follow sign N'Market (Newmarket) and take exit PORT. You will end up at the bottom of Parnell Road (cross junction). Follow direction Parnell-Newmarket which is a right turn onto Parnell Road. Follow uphill all the way to the top of Parnell Road. On the corner by traffic lights on your left is the Parnell Village Motor Inn, (a large white wooden building), and across the street, the large Cathedral of the Holy Trinity. Turn LEFT on that corner by the traffic lights into ST. STEPHENS AVENUE. We are 300 m downhill, no. 32, on the left hand side. Directions from Motorway 1 South (Ex Hamilton-Rotorua) When you approach Auckland city, look for EXIT SIGNS: Symonds Street and Wellesley Street. Take exit Symonds Street, then follow exit Wellesley Street, then follow sign "PORT". You will end up at the bottom of Parnell Road (cross junction). Follow direction Parnell-Newmarket which is a right turn onto Parnell Road. Follow uphill all the way to the top of Parnell Road.
