From the airport turn right and go straight till the roundabout. Turn right into Truong Son Street and drive straight till you see a park on the left. At the end of the park, turn left into Hoang Van Thu street. Proceed till you reach an intersection with traffic lights and turn right into Nguyen Van Troi Street. Drive about 2km to pass a bridge into Nham Ky Khoi Nghia Street and drive another 1.5km, turn right into Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street. When reaching a roundabout (2km ahead), go straight. |

Places of interest and distance from the hotel: Opera house: A theater that seats 800 for various artistic forms such as music, dancing, singing and dramas. Designed by Ferret Eugene, a French architecture built at the beginning of 1897-1km Reunification Palace, built 1966, winner of the architectural excellence prize in Rome. The palace was built on the original site of the French governor's headquarter in the 19th century - 2km Ben Thanh Market, the city’s largest market offering a fusion of local and imported products at a bargain, from textile to crystal - 2km Notre Dame Cathedral, One of Frances' most ambitious projects in Indochina at the time. Rev Colombert laid the cornner tone for the cathedral in 1877. Three years later, in 1880, the cathedral was opened to the public. The bricks used to build the structure were shipped from Marseillles. The cost of construction was a whopping 2.5 million Francs. In 1962, the Vatican gave the cathedral the title Basilique- 3km Cholon - Binh Tay market and An Dong Market, known popularly as Saigon’s Chinatown - 11km Cu Chi Tunnels, a legendary maze of underground tunnels measuring 250km, housed the underground army during the Vietnam War - 50km |
