The Inn at the Spanish Steps is one of Rome's best-kept secrets: a luxury guest house, uniquely located on Rome's famous shopping street beside the historic coffee-house, founded in 1760. Listed as a national monument, our building was a stately home in the 1800's and is now fully renovated with air conditioning and modern comforts. Quiet and exclusive, it retains the flavour of that era with its period decor. Several rooms have fireplaces and frescoed ceilings. We cater to a distinguished clientele . It has 24 rooms. |

Classic Double Room
The Classic rooms are our basic room category. Some of them are located in the main building, some other are located in the annex building. Buffet breakfast is included in the rate. Rates are for 2 people. The room caters for a maximum of 2 adults. Available bedding configurations:

Deluxe Rooms have a king size bed, some have Jacuzzi bath tub and some have original 17th century frescoes on the ceiling. Buffet breakfast is included in the rate. Rates are for 2 people. | Getting There |
How to reach us by car: From the main highway A1 take the city's main entrance ROMA NORD (if coming from Florence) than continue until the exit 'SETTEBAGNI' in the city centre direction (CENTRO) for at least 10km. Continuing always straight ahead, follow the indication for 'Piazza di Spagna' (Spanish Steps). By car the only access to the city centre is from 'Lungotevere' riverside going towards 'Piazza Augusto Imperatore' and taking 'Via Vittoria'. Then turn the first street on the right, authorized up to the corner of 'Via dei Condotti'. If coming from the main highway A1 from the southern area (from NAPLES) take the exit ROMA SUD and continue until you reach the exit of Rome's main ring-road G.R.A. (Grande Raccordo Anulare) in the direction 'FIUMICINO AIRPORT'. Once on the GRA exit for EUR and follow the directions 'City Centre - piazza di Spagna' up to 'Lungotevere' as indicated above. |
| Parking |
Please remember that our property is located in the pedestrian area of the historical centre. NO PARKING IS ALLOWED near the property. You are allowed to stop just for unloading your luggage . You may park your car in the nearest garage 'PARKSI of Villa Borghese Gardens (700mt distance); alternatively in the Garage of Piazza Mignanelli (300 mt distance) or in the parking lot of Piazza Augusto Imperatore (also 300 mt distance). |
