Located on the Sunny East Coast, midway between Orford and Swansea. Accommodation is in fully self contained, two and three bedroom Cottages and Cabins, with private bbq area.
Gumleaves is set on 400 acres of natural bushland. Includes Fun Park, with Pioneer Museum, Mini Golf, Small Lake, boating and swimming, Tennis, Bush Walking Tracks, Challenge Activities, Flying Foxes and Gem Fossicking. Access to all these activities is included in accommodation costs. Day Passes are available for Families wishing to visit for the day for just $30 per family.
Nearby attractions include Freycinet National Park, an hour away to the North and the Maria Island National Park Ferry, departing from Triabunna just 19 kilometres to the South. Stunning beaches are within 15 minutes drive.

Gumleaves is set in a relaxing bush environment with no television or telephone or radio services to disturb you. CDMA mobile phones will operate here. The nearest services are at Triabunna to the south 19k's and Swansea to the north 27k's.

Check In Instructions	All guests must check in at Reception upon arrival. Check in time is generally 2pm, however if you arrive early, you are more than welcome to use the activities and facilities on the property whilst waiting for your cottage to be prepared.

Getting There	From Hobart it is approximately 110 kilometres - turn left at Sorell and head up the East Coast and turn off at Little Swanport just 19k's north of Triabunna. From the North, travel down the Midlands Highway to Campbell Town and turn left to the East Coast along the Lake Leak Highway to Swansea - then drive 27 kilometres south and and turn off at Little Swanport. Unfortunately there is no Public Transport.
Parking	Parking is not a problem - each cottage has room for a dozen cars to park and even bring the rest of the family with their caravan!
Things To Do	AT GUMLEAVES... Pioneer Museum of farm equipment. Nine Hole Mini Golf Course with clubs and balls provided. Tennis Court with racquets and balls provided. Small Lake with row boats, canoes and life jackets. Swimming is great in the summer months! Possum Park - ideal for juniors, swings and slides and see saws etc. Adventure Playground - designed for the bigger kids with flying foxes, climbing ropes, suspension bridges, and much more. Marked Bush Walking Tracks. Gem Fossicking. Volly Ball and Trampoline plus heaps more. NEARBY ATTRACTIONS... Maria Island National Park Freycinet National Park Best Beaches in Tassie just 15 mins away. Swansea Barkmill. Convict Built Spiky Bridge. Bream Fishing Little Swanport River. Boat Launching Ramp at Saltworks for East Coast deep Sea Fishing. Wielangta Rain Forest 30 minutes south.
