Three bedrooms sleeping 6. The Ocean View split-level Penthouse has 1 king bed, 2 zip together Ksingles,& 2singles. The River View Penthouse has 2 queens and 2 single beds. Great for family gatherings or intimate wedding. Romantic honeymoon apartments. 3 Bedroom apartments have 2 queens and 2 single beds. Full Kitchen, laundry and 2 bathrooms one with spa bath. 2 Bedroom apartments have either 2 queen beds, or, 1 queen and two single beds, two bathrooms one with spa bath. Full kitchen and laundry facilities. Most Grandview apartments have fabulous views of Richmond River mouth and Pacific Ocean. The complex is 200 meters from the surf, delightfull cafes and coastal cycle walkways. Grandview is 20 minute south of Byron Bay and an hour from the Gold Coast Airport at Coolangatta. Grandview Apartment tariff includes underground secure parking, Austar TV, broadband, gymnasium, swimming pool and heated spa. From June to October you can whale watch from your balcony...or take a boat trip for a closer look. A holiday at Grandview can be as active or relaxed as you choose. |

| Getting There |
There is an increasing number of domestic airline flights coming into the Ballina Byron airport, giving more choice of arrival and departure times. Grandview Apartments are a 10 minute taxi ride from Ballina Airport. Cars can be hired at the Airport if required. Shuttle buses come from the Gold Coast airport at Coolangatta and cars can be hired from there. We can email instructions on how to find us if you are driving from the north or south to Ballina. The Pacific Highway comes right into Ballina, then its head to East Ballina and the surf beaches.On the ridge, near the lighthouse overlooking Shelly Beach you'll find Grandview Apartments. |

Parking is undercover security parking. Two bedroom apartments have one car park. Three bedroom apartments and the Penthouse each have two car parks. |
| Things To Do |
Wake up and enjoy the view from your apartment... maybe stroll down to the Shelly Beach cafe for brunch. You can whale watch from your apartment or from the cafe and walkways along the coast. Ballina is known for its sea and river fishing and many water sports. The Ballina Golf Course is 2 kms away and the central shopping center is 3 minutes by car. Take time to explore the hinterland rainforests and rural towns. Local markets and local art is in abundance. From Grandview you can spend a day at the Gold Coast theme Parks and still be back in the eening to enjoy the sound of the cookaburras from your balcony. Grandview holiday apartments are central to the villages and towns of the North Coast with their restaurants, markets and festivals. Enjoy the National Parks, galleries and great coastal lifestyle. Drive twenty minutes drive to Byron Bay, a town with its own style of local shopping. Or for fun and action the Gold Coast theme parks are one and a half hours drive.... at the end of your day return to Grandview to enjoy the evening views from your apartment. |
