LivingSpace Invercargill is an innovative new style of accommodation offering Studios, Premium studios, Twin studios, 2 and 3 bedroom Self-contained Apartments. All units feature kitchenettes, Sky TV, high speed internet connection, desk with phone, personal phone number, voice mail and bathroom. The Studios have kitchenettes with microwave, toaster, utensils and fridge and double bed. Twin studios offer 2 Double bedrooms, kitchenette and bathroom. The 2 bedroom apartments have kitchenette facilities with dining table and small lounge area. Triple apartments have kitchenette facilities with the addition of four hot plates and a larger comfortable lounge area. We also have 5 large and very stylish commercial kitchens and dining rooms. The top floor guest lounge features, large kitchen, dining area, wide screen Plasma TV and fantastic balcony for Invercargills best city view. LivingSpace Invercargill also features a funky theatre where you can watch SKY or a DVD. Here you will also find a pool table and table tennis table, guest laundry. Car park availabel on site. LivingSpace Invercargill is very warm with central heating throughout. Modern security systems are installed and your personal swipe card provides secure access to the building and your room. 24 hour staffing and luggage storage available. Invercargill is the southern most city of New Zealand. From Dunedin, State Highway 1 is an easy drive south to Invercargill or you may wish to come via the scenic Catlins area, an increasingly popular tourist destination but as yet largely off the main tourist routes. Driving from the Southern Lakes area of Queenstown and Te Anau is also spectacular. Invercargill airport is a 5 minute taxi ride to LivingSpace Invercargill. LivingSpace Invercargill is located on Tay Street, one of the main streets in Invercargill and a main route into the city. |

Invercargill is the gateway to Stewart Island, New Zealands southern most main island which is famous for its relatively untouched wilderness and friendly people. Bluff is 30 minutes drive further south from Invercargill, New Zealand's southern most port and famous for its oysters and the Bluff Oyster Festival every year. The Southern Lakes and Fiordland are within a days scenic drive. Hiking, tramping, hunting, fishing, fantastic scenery and wildlife are waiting to be experienced when you vist Southland and Invercargill. |
