The Locanda is in the centre of Venice, 5 minutes to S.Marco Square and Rialto Bridge. We offer five rooms in Venetian style, two superior rooms, French size double bed and one standard room. The rooms have ensuite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, telephone, mini bar, mini-safe, air conditioning and TV. The breakfast in the morning will be served directly in the room and Elisabetta will provide for a lovely stay to her Locanda. |

| Getting There |
From airport the best way to arrive to us is by Taxi boat till RIO TERRA' DEGLI ASSASSINI or By Alilaguna service till S.Marco stop and than in 5 minutes by walk you will arrive to Casa Fenice (in any case we can send a little map to our guests). From train station or car park you catch public line n°1 direction S.Marco and stop to S.Angelo from there by walk in 5 minutes will be to Casa Fenice. |
| Parking |
If you arrive by car, you will find two car parks to Piazzale Roma and one to Tronchetto. The cost depends on which kind of car you have (normally the cost is from €20-25 per day). |
