Camelot offers a choice of award winning designer cottages for couples who seek that dream getaway and, in a separate guest wing attached to our single storey farmhouse, we offer the very best in Bed and Breakfast accommodation. Tamborine Cottage, Hinterland Cottage and St Bernard Cottage have each been specified to a 5 star level by our market leading builders and interior designers to provide the utmost in spacious (60sqm), open plan comfort. Each cottage includes a huge double spa bath, king sized bed, large shower, vanity unit, log burner, leather lounge chaise and recliner, LCD TV, DVD/VCR and sound system. The finest towels and spa robes add to the luxury of your cottage. The Kitchen facilities include a dishwasher and optional mini bar and we provide continental or comprehensive breakfast hampers throughout your stay. Our cottage guests have been amazed at the quality finish of the cottages and their large size. "Pictures on websites cannot do these cottages justice and this 'top of the cottage market' product is simply outstanding". Our St Bernard Cottage is more spacious as well as being wheelchair friendly and fully compliant. Further specific details are available on request. With an AAAT 4.5* rating our Bed and Breakfast 'Mountain Escape' facilities are second to none on Tamborine Mountain. 'Mountain Escape' accommodation is in our separate guest wing, added in 2000, that contains 3 air conditioned queen bedrooms, all en-suited and opening out onto a large covered deck. Enjoy the guest lounge, complete with wood burner, gazebo or other garden quiet spots enabling you to rapidly unwind and fully relax - your perfect mountain escape. | Getting There |
Camelot is situated at 322 Main Western Road on the escarpment between North Tamborine and St Bernards almost opposite the Hang Glider Lookout. We are about 500m North of the Showgrounds and we usually fly orange bali flags outside. Travel from the Gold Coast takes approximately 25 minutes from Oxenford or Nerang. |

Tamborine Mountain is renowned for its galleries and craft Shops, markets, nurseries, award winning restaurants, cafes, 8 local wineries/wine tours and local distillery, cheese and ice cream factory PLUS it is a flora and fauna sanctuary enabling unrestricted meditative enjoyment of walks and wildlife. You can also enjoy golf, horse riding and hang gliding. On the second Sunday of every month the local showground (only 500 metres from Camelot) becomes alive with a busy country market with something for everyones taste. On the last Sunday of the month, the local producers market is well worth a visit to search out that country bargain. |
