INTRODUCTION Welcome to Sydney’s exciting new boutique hotel The Valentine on George. Located in Sydney’s theatre and cultural vicinity, the hotel is also at a prime location for shopping and major attractions are near the doorstep. 5-10 minutes walk to Darling harbour and sydney convention center. This 14 room non smoking hotel offers convenience, privacy and comfort with attention to details. Each room has contemporary design that determines its own style and personality. For business or leisure, escape to the luxury or elegantly appointed guest rooms furnished to the highest standard and equipped with state of the art lifestyle and business facilities. GUESTROOMS Valentine on George provides a range of guestrooms for families, singles, and couples; all suites have premium pure cotton bed linen, premium amenities and elegantly furnished with the facilities required to ensure a comfortable and restful stay. Junior Suites The property offers twelve individual character suites. Each one of them has its own character that is created by the choice of furniture and layout. With a choice of king or king singles beds, the suites featured desk for working or dining, modem/phone point, laptop size safe iron/ironing board, air-conditioning, satellite TV, radio, and music, hair-dryer, mini bar, tea & coffee facilities, in-room internet and en suite. FACILITIES Guests are welcomed to high level of personalised service from the uniformed front office staff. Once inside, unique elements of the design are evident throughout the building, helping to establish an overall feeling of well-being and exclusivity. They are presented in the variety contemporary designer’s items of accessories, tables, chairs, bedding and lighting, which are the interior of the hotel. They are the production from natural fabrics and material that are used throughout the interiors: pure cotton, linen, wools, silk, leather and woods are delivered in the furniture and fixtures. Among others, contemporary ceramics handmade tableware is presented in every guestroom for the complimentary tea and coffee making facilities. With live orchid plants adorning the suites, Valentine on George also provides comfort with well-equipped room facilities and a practical safe that would fit laptops and en suites with designer amenities. RESTAURANT Adjacent to the hotel are three 100 % halal food and beverage outlets. The three outlets offer Malaysia, Singapore and Thai innovative menus. Golden Cinnamon delivers authentic fine dining experience in western fusion specialities. While the restaurant is a fine dining restaurant, the Café section is in a bright less formal setting. Cafe Kasturi provides selections of famous stall favourites that has truly stood the test of time. For family and business dining’s, two function rooms provide just the right atmosphere that is created with the magnificent heritage aspects of the building together with beautifully designed furnishings and luxurious fittings. And for those that are on the go, lets not forget the fast moving Satay Sydney take away just across the Café. Practical, functional and intimate all blended in one is the spirit of the food and beverage areas. All F&B outlets are closed on Public holidays and Sundays. LOCATION AND MAJOR ATTRACTIONS This boutique hotel is located on the fringe of Darling Harbour and positioned close to Sydney’s key attractions including the Opera House, Harbour Bridge and The Rocks. Conveniently located in close proximity to Sydney’s major waterfront, motorway network, suburban bus and rail interchanges, it is at the southern end of Sydney CBD. No visitor will be allowed after 22:00 pm. Extra charge ($50.00 per person) will be applied. Third person in Standard King and Standard Twin Suites, 2-Day Special and 3-Days Special will incur an additional $50 charges. |

Valentine on George is at the southern end of Sydney CBD. The Central Station provides express rail link to the airport and interstate rails to the country. The Hotel is 12 km from the airport and costs approximately $30 one way by taxi, or alternatively $12 per person in an airport bus. |
