Bella Vista is a QUALMARK rated FOUR star motel(not self rated) opened in November 2003. It is centrally located in Invercargill close to shops, supermarkets, resturants, parks, golf course, Rugby park, workingmans club, Aquatic Centre and hospital Invercargill is the gateway to southern Caitlins, Stewart Island and the Southern Lake District. Bella Vista has 18 superior units, each with Sky TV and an internet port. We offer breakfasts at a reasonable rate. We have a modern guest laundry. |

Rates are for 1-2 pax. Max occupancy is 4. Extra guest charge NZ$20 per person. Bedding configuration is 1 Queen & 2 Singles .Unit also has a kitchenette, table and chairs and desk area, two TVs with sky.The ensuite has a spa bath. Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $20.00. Extra children $20.00. The room caters for a maximum of 4 adults, and a maximum of 2 children but cannot exceed 4 guests in total. The following bedding is provided:

Invercargill is an easy drive from Queenstown, Te Anau or Dunedin. Invercargill also has a modern airport and good inter-city bus service. Bella Vista Motel is located on Tay St which is the main arterial route to Dunedin. |

| Things To Do |
Invercargill is the gateway to the southern scenic route, The Catlins and Stewart Island all of which have fanastic scenery and wildlife. The Southern Lakes, Te Anau and Milford sound are within a days scenic drive from Invercargill. Bluff is half and hour drive away. Invercargill has beautiful gardens and nice walks. We are 15 minutes away from Oreti Beach where the movie 'The worlds fastest Indian'was filmed. A drive along the southern scenic route is well worth it. The local attractions include Museum, Rugby Park, Aquatic centre, good shopping, excellent seafood restaurants and good golf courses. |
