Mackay Airport Approximately 15 - 20 mintues drive from Mackay Airport or $25 in a taxi. Mackay CBD Approximately 7 minutes drive north of the Mackay CBD or $15 in a taxi. Bruce Highway Southbound (Arriving from Townsville and Airlie Beach) Continue East along Malcolmson Street and turn left onto Harbour Road. Follow Harbour Road and turn right at the big round about. Turn left at the next round about into the Marina precinct and the Hotel is 50m on the right. Bruce Highway Northbound (Arriving from Rockhampton) Following Nebo Road through the City Gates to the CBD. Continue through Gordon Street and turn left at Sydney Street. Follow Sydney Street over the bridge and along Harbour Road turning right at the big round about. Turn left at the next round about into the Marina precinct and the Hotel is 50m on the right. |

| Things To Do |
The Mackay Marina offers daily boat transfers to Brampton Island, various styles of a la carte dinning and numerous boating activities including deep sea fishing trips to off shore reefs and scuba diving tours. The local Yacht Club offers social sailing and the Surf Club holds regular carnivals at the Harbour Beach, all with in walking distance of the hotel. Rainforrest and Platypus tours to Eungella can be arranged for pick up directly from the hotel. Some local attractions inlcude the fresh water lagoon, cinemas and two major shopping centres. A leisure centre featuring ten pin bowling and skating. |
