Pelican Bay Bed & Breakfast is located midway between Friendly Beaches and The Freycinet National Park with the village of Coles Bay just a short drive away. Peace and privacy is guaranteed as this charming Bed and Breakfast is set amongst a well established and beautiful garden that attracts many birds such as: scarlet robins, blue wrens, bronze wing pigeons, wattle birds, green rosellas and lots of honeyeaters. Pelican Bay B&B is also a waterfront property. It backs onto Pelican Bay, a small inlet on the Swan River just near where it flows into Great Oyster Bay. Walk out the back gate and go fishing or walk along the water’s edge to Swanwick Beach for a swim. Accommodation includes: * 4 course cooked breakfast * Pillow top Queen size beds * Private bathrooms * touch lamps * electric blankets * clock radio * garden views * guest lounge with woodheater * binoculars & bird books for all you birdwatchers * TV * tea & coffee making facilities * ample carparking Pelican Bay Bed and Breakfast has been Accredited by Tourism Council of Tasmania. I do not provide dinner & my Food Licence prohibits guests cooking any meals at the B&B, however there are many dining options in the village of Coles Bay. |

The East Coast village of Coles Bay approximately · 3.5 hours south east of Devonport (ferry terminal) · 2 hours south east of Launceston · 2.5 hours north east of Hobart Pelican Bay Bed & Breakfast is 20 kms from the Tasman Highway (A3) turn off on the Coles Bay Road (C302). Look out for a blue and white sign on the right hand side of the road. YOUR OWN TRANSPORT (PREFERABLY CAR) IS ESSENTIAL AS THE LOCAL BUS SERVICE ONLY OPERATES TWICE DAILY. |

AND at the end of the day rekindle romance whilst watching the sunset over Pelican Bay. |
