Perfect for daily, weekly or monthly stays, our one and two-bedroom studio suites, or one, two and three-bedroom serviced apartments are the ideal home-away-from-home with facilities including two tv's, two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchens,laundries.The rooms are serviced daily accept for Sundays and Public Holidays. Ballarat Colonial Motor Inn has a "No Entertaining" policy. There are to be no more people in the apartment at any time other than the specified number of guests in your reservation. Anyone found in breach of this policy will be asked to leave with no refund. Our property is self rated 4½. The renowned Florin restaurant is warm and welcoming whether you’re on your own with the family or entertaining a large group it has ample room to cater for small or large functions.(Closed from 22nd Dec 2008 to 30th January 2009 - for Xmas break and New Year Break ) To make your stay even more memorable, the Colonial has a heated indoor swimming pool a full-sized tennis court and more than ample parking. |
