Our cottages are in a central location only 5 minutes drive from town and beach but very secluded on 15 acres bounded by the Margaret River on one side and the Yalgardup Creek on the other, which has been dammed to form our own private lake.The waterfall flows for 8 months of the year. We have 2 new luxury spa cottages which are 4 1/2 star,and 4 studios,and 4 family lake view cottages which are 4 star and 8 years old. Our gardens are a beautiful feature and all cottages are architect designed and quite modern of double brick rendered construction with big expanses of glass to enjoy the spectacular scenery, and to blend beautifully with the environment. The family cottages have wood fires and the couples' cottages have reverse cycle air-conditioning. |

Business FacilitiesThe cottages do not have phones and most mobiles do not work either. Guests can use the office facilities to make bookings/ internet access etc. We will deliver any messages to guests within 5 minutes at the cottages if required. |

Please check-in at office which is located on Kevill Rd 400 metres from cottage entrance at lot 12.If arriving after dark let us know so we can leave the key in the door and lights/heating on for you |

Heading South turn right off Bussell Highway onto Wallcliffe Rd and proceed 3 kms intil you reach Kevill Rd East.Turn right and travel 2 kms to the cottage entrance on the left.The office is another 400 metres further along Kevill Rd. |
