Meriton Pitt Street offers superb accommodation in an architecturally spectacular building. Luxurious apartments of high quality design are featured, all in an outstanding mid-city location. Building facilities are first-class and city views are offered all combining to make your stay perfect for business or pleasure. Mystery Apartments are sold on the conditon that there is NO daily housekeeping service. Apartments are serviced on your departure only - ready for the next guest. All other offers are based on daily hotel-style servicing. Balcony doors are locked on Fridays, Saturdays and Publics Holidays, due to our improved safety policy. The registered guest of the apartment is legally responsible and liable for all damage/harm caused by any object leaving the apartment. Reception will require upon your arrival the following credit card bond (pre-auth). $100 for Studio & 1-Bed Apt / $200 for 2-Bed Apt / $300 for 3-Bed Apt / $500 for Penthouse Apt. These funds will be returned to your credit card after departure but may take 5 -10 days to become available. Other than a credit card pre-authorization we will accept a cash bond, which will be refunded to you upon departure following an inspection of your apartment by our duty staff. $200 for Studio & 1-Bed Apt / $500 for 2-Bed Apt & 3-Bed Apt / $1000 for Penthouse Apt. |

Located near Town Hall Station on the corner Pitt and Bathurst streets. Easy access by bus, train, taxi or car. Catch the train direct from airport to Museum Station. |
| Parking |
Limited under-cover car parking is available for guests at a charge of AUD$35.00 per night/per car; payable direct to reception on arrival. Maximum one (1) car per unit. Entry is on Bathurst Street accessed from George Street in a east-bound direction (Bathurst Street is a one-way street). Our car-parking gate is a few meters before the corner, on the left hand side. Guests should use the intercom at the entry gate to contact reception and gain access to car park (prior to check-in). Limited car parking spaces available, spaces cannot be pre-booked or guaranteed. Car parking is on a first come / first parked basis. Spaces cannot be held or reserved. Reception will help, where possible to arrange offsite alternate arrangements if our car park is full. Street parking is limited and regularly patrolled. Meriton will not accept any responsibility or offer any payment or tariff reduction as a result of a parking infringement notice issued to our guests. |
