Rainbow Shores is located in beautiful Rainbow Beach, between Noosa and World Heritage Listed Fraser Island. Nature provides the setting ... Rainbow Shores Resort provides the perfect holiday escape. Set in secluded bushland alongside the stunning surf beach, Rainbow Shores Resort blends the beauty of nature with quality accommodation. Our selection of luxury Villas, fully self-contained Apartments and private Beach Houses ensures we have something for every taste and budget. Resort facilities include a lagoon style swimming pool, 25m lap pool, heated outdoor spa, tennis court, playground, bike hire, pool table and BBQ facilities. Please note that the beach houses are not part of the resort as such and therfore do NOT have access these resort facilities. Guests and visitors can dine in the onsite Pavilion Restaurant & Bar and experience tantalising modern Australian cuisine in a comfortable, relaxed, alfresco setting. The Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner Tuesday to Saturday. The Bar is open 7 days. We also have a convenience store next to the Restaurant, open 7 days. Enjoy a round of golf on the onsite 9-hole par 3 golf course. Families and beginners are most welcome and club hire is available. A short 300m stroll through coastal bushland takes you to one of Australias' most stunning beaches. The beach infront of Rainbow Shores has been closed off to taffic so you can enjoy long walks, swim, surf, or simply relax and take in the stunning views. Tours can be booked from Reception, including day trips to Fraser Island, the Coloured Sands, Horse riding and Dolphin feeding. Or if you're feeling adventurous, try a tadem Skydive or a tadem paraglide off the Carlo Sand Blow. |

Self Drive: Access is from the Bruce Highway via Gympie or Maryborough, or 4WD from Noosa via Tewantin. Rainbow Shores is situated on the Inskip Peninsula, 1km north of the Rainbow Beach Township. Follow the main road sign to Inskip Point (along Clarkson Drive) for 1km and see entrance on right. Reception and the Restaurant are on the corner of Rainbow Shores Drive and Wyvern road, just 50m from the resort enterance. Air: The Resort is approximately 2.5hrs drive from Brisbane Airport, and 1.5hrs from Sunshine Coast or Fraser Coast Airport. Daily flights to and from Brisbane, Sunshine Coast (Maroochydore) or Fraser Coast (Hervey Bay) Airport. Car/4WD hire available from all airports. Bus/Coach: From Brisbane Roma Street Transit Centre, Noosa, Maryborough and Gympie, services are available daily to Rainbow Beach with McCaffertys/Greyhound Pioneer. |

Rainbow Beach offers many activities and natural attractions for visitors to enjoy. These include Carlo Sand Blow, Coloured Sands, canoeing, Fraser Island tours, Tin Can Bay ferry & dolphin feeding (seasonal), horse riding, golf, bushwalking in Great Sandy National Park – Cooloola Section, 4WD hire, paragliding, reef diving and fishing charters. The centre of town hosts numerous services and shops, including; Petrol Station, Surf Club, Sports and Recreation Club, Chemist, Video store, Foodstore, Butcher, Post Office, Rainbow Beach Hotel, Bakery, Hardware Store, Real Estate Agencies, Camping Supplies, Cafes, Clothing stores, RACQ and Visitor Information Centre. |
