Our famous Indian buffet includes an array of dishes prepared with the freshest ingredients that can be found in Jaipur. Special care is taken to ensure that both the vegetarian and non-vegetarian specialty dishes of Rajasthan have been incorporated into the menu. Our kitchen team is led by one of Jaipur’s most noted young culinary talents who specializes in Continental Cuisine. If you desire something other than what we have on the menu, if the Chef has the ingredients, he will be happy to oblige you with any special request, or suggest an alternative that you are sure to enjoy.
To ensure your enjoyment, we regularly change our selection of Indian and international hot food dishes, which include seasonal vegetables, pasta, fish, meat and potato varieties. At breakfast and dinner one of our chefs is also preparing fresh dishes for you to enjoy in addition to the extensive items on our buffet.
