We are positioned at the end of a no-through road, surrounded by lush natural rainforest, and situated on one & half acres of prime beachfront land at Moffat Beach, which is just 75m walk away with no road to cross. It is unmistakably the perfect hideaway escape - the ideal place for a family holiday. Moffat Beach has two children’s playgrounds, electric barbeques, boat ramp, and large grassed areas to kick or throw a ball around. Moffat offers excellent surfing as well as sheltered ocean or lake swimming. The patrolled beach at Dicky is only 10 minutes walk away. There are excellent restaurants, cafes and shops within a few minutes walk. Buses to Caloundra, Mooloolaba, and Maroochydore run from the end of the road. Courtesy pick-up and drop-offs to local clubs can be arranged, including Caloundra RSL, which has been voted Queensland No.1 club for the last 4 years. Facilities: We have a choice of 1, 2 and 3 bed ground floor apartments or townhouses. Most units have pool views. Some have lake and ocean views. Two rock pools - 1 heated with 8m waterslide and spa. 2 covered BBQ areas with outdoor furniture. Undercover security car parking. Linen and bath towels provided. Cots, strollers and high chairs available for hire Tour desk Features: Spacious fully self-contained units. Main bedroom has en-suite shower, basin, and toilet. Main bathroom has bath with overhead shower, basin, and toilet. Kitchens have oven, cook top, microwave and dishwasher. 50m stroll through the rainforest and you are on Moffat Beach - park, childrens playground, cafes and shopping. Young kids can play in Tooway Lake. Fishing is also popular at Moffat. For those after more energetic pursuits can surf or body board in the perfect breaks from Moffat Head. Visit Australia Zoo - 20 minute drive or Free Bus transfer from Caloundra Bus Terminal. Eumundi Markets - every Wednesday & Saturday. Day Tours available. Montville/Maleny/Mapleton - take the Tourist Drive along the Blackall Range stopping at quaint villages along the way for shopping and culinary delights with stunning views of the coast. Visit the Glasshouse Mountains for walks and fantastic views. Play Golf at 3 local championship courses or 6 other public courses all within 1 hours drive. Tours to Fraser Island and Whale Watching will pick-up from the resort. |
