Each cottage/suite has a queen and single bed, tea & coffee making facilities as well. EXPERIENCE Country hospitality at its very best in our fully liensed resort with a truely great restaurant. Situated just 5 kms from Stanthorpe, Happy Valley Retreat is surrounded by wineries and other attractions including National Parks, lavender farms, body care outlets, restaurants & cafes, berry farms plus much much more. Stay in your own individual timber cottage, each with their own bathroom, verandah, wood fireplace, tea and coffee making facilities. Sit on the verandah in the afternoon and watch the kangaroos, wallabies and birds. Early check in and late departure. Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $50.00. Extra children $25.00. The room caters for a maximum of 3 adults, and a maximum of 2 children but cannot exceed 3 guests in total. The following bedding is provided:

To ensure your cottage is ready upon your arrival, we ask that all bookings being made on the same day of arrival are emailed through to Happy Valley by 12 Noon. If booking later than 12 Noon on same day, please phone ahead advising arrival time. |

| Getting There |
Heading from Brisbane you take the Cunningham Highway to Warwick. Then head south along the New England Highway. From Warwick, Stanthorpe is approx 60kms further on. Once you pass McDonalds at Applethorpe, on the left you will see signs exiting the highway to Stanthorpe. Don’t take the first one. Stay on the highway until you reach a motel & Pancor Road. Exit left here. Turn right at the T intersection (Texas Road), go under the bridge (the highway), turn first right (Amiens Rd) and then first right again (Glenlyon Drive). We are at the top of this road. |
