A complete modern package including lock up garage with internal access to your unit, private landscaped courtyards and large balconies. Queen size beds & sofas, private spas in 3 bedroom units, Televisions & VCR and DVD,Free Austar to all villas, split system & reverse cycle air conditioners, Dishwasher, washing machine, fully equiped kitchen and more. Spend a lazy day by the pool, sip a cocktail from the Mantaray swim up Pool Bar or relax under the waterfall spa, play tennis, fire up the barbeque or enjoy the activities in the games room. We are a privately managed resort - it is in our best interest to work hard to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. Walking distance to the swimming beach, botanical gardens, restaurants, jetty, shopping and only a 2 minute drive to the Marina/Harbour complex. | Getting There |
Hervey Bay is approximately a 3.5 hour drive from Brisbane airport. Hervey Bay Airport is only a 3 minute drive from the resort. The bus terminal is a 15 minute drive and the train will offer you a service to Hervey Bay from Maryborough. |
| Parking |
The 2 bedroom townhouse has a single lockup garage, the 3 bedroom townhouse has a double lockup garage, both with internal access. There is other parking available within the resort with an area set aside for boat & trailer parking. |

The Grange is located 200 metres from the beach, walking distance to the shopping centre and the botanical gardens and a short drive to the Marina with it's shops and restaurants. We can book your activities, whether it be scuba diving, jet skiing,helicopter flights, coral viewing, horse riding, fishing charters, bike riding,dolphin watching, sailing cruises, whale watching (in season), visit local markets, historical village, model railway exibition, aquarium,golf courses, nearby gym, large aquatic centre, lawn bowling clubs, or let us plan your visit to Fraser Island or Lady Elliot Island.
