Indulge yourself with a stay at luxury accommodation in Victoria's unique Lakes & Wilderness area. With only 10 apartments set in large landscaped native gardens and adjacent the quiet waterway of Mallacoota Inlet, Gipsy Point has a secluded and tranquil atmosphere. We have two styles of apartments at Gipsy Point Lakeside both of which have spectacular water views. The apartments are set in our beautiful gardens with abundant birds and wildlife. The property has a swimming pool, outdoor BBQ area, hire boats, private jetties, canoes, fishing gear, a licensed shop, and a fully licensed guest dining room. Our Waterfront Spa Apartments have 1 bedroom with a king size bed, bathroom with double corner spa bath, spacious living area, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, and private deck only 20 metres from the water’s edge. The Waterfront Spa Apartments are perfect for a couple to enjoy a secluded and tranquil getaway. Our Lakeview Apartments have two bedrooms each with their own private ensuite, spacious living area, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, and private deck overlooking the lake. The Lakeview Apartments comfortably accommodate a family of 4 or suit two couples traveling together. Your apartment is fully self-catering, and there is a supermarket located in Mallacoota which is a 20 minute drive away. Alternatively, our Resort Shop offers frozen home cooked meals, soups, confectionary, wines and beers. Breakfast hampers are also available (book ahead). Our fully licensed Guest Dining Room is open five nights per week, Thursday to Monday inclusive. Spaces are limited and bookings are essential prior to the day of arrival. Should you have any special dietary requirements, please advise us of these when making your booking and our chef will be happy to accommodate. Whilst children are welcome at Gipsy Point Lakeside please note we are unable to accommodate children under 8 years of age. Explore Croajingolong National Park and the UNESCO listed Croajingolong World Biosphere Reserve, over 110,000 hectares of natural wonderland with diverse flora and over one third of all Australian bird species. | Getting There |
Just 11km off the Princes Highway, hides the tiny hamlet of Gipsy Point. Turn off at Genoa, toward Mallacoota and Gipsy Point, on to the Genoa - Mallacoota Road. After about 8km, turn left down the Gipsy Point Road. It is well signed, you won't miss it. Follow the sealed Gipsy Point Road all the way to the jetty at the Waters Edge. Gipsy Point Lakeside is located adjacent the water on the left. |
