AAA Mana Motel is only 5 minutes to Porirua, 15 minutes to Wellington and a short walk to the train for easy access to the Westpac Stadium. 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments are all self-contained and include cooking facilities, a patio or balcony and free off-street parking. There is a heated indoor swimming pool and a lovely grassed children’s play area. You can walk 2 minutes to local restaurants, bars, petrol stations and super market. Mana Motel is also close to beaches, the Mana Marina and several golf clubs. |

The three-bedroom apartment is very popular with families & group bookings. The unit is spacious and well appointed with a Hob Top and microwave oven. Sky TV and wireless Internet. Rates are for 4 people. Extra adults $20.00. Extra children $15.00. The room caters for a maximum of 7 adults, and a maximum of 5 children but cannot exceed 7 guests in total. | Getting There |
Located at 41 Mana Esplanade, Mana Motel is the last motel situated on State Highway 1. 5 minutes drive to Porirua, 15 minutes to Wellington and 35 minutes to Wellington International Airport. You can walk 2 minutes to either Mana or Paremata train stations. Travelling north from Wellington City, head north on state highway 1. Pass Porirua until you come to the Paremata roundabout. Continue through the roundabout and over the Paremata Bridge. Mana Motel is the 1st Motel you come to, about 100 meters on the left. Travelling South to Wellington or Porirua, Mana is the next suburb following Plimmerton. Mana Motel is the second motel on the right past the BP petrol station, heading south down Mana Esplanade (SH1). |

| Things To Do |
Mana Motel is situated on the Mana Esplanade, which forms the gate to the famous Pauatahanui Inlet. In past years, Pauatahanui hosted many sailing ships until an earthquake raised the Esplanade blocking access. This Pauatahanui estuary is an excellent area for board sailing, dinghy sailing, water skiing, and swimming. The Mana Cruising Club is situated on a protected floating marina, which is home for many keelboats, and power launches of various sizes. The Mana Cruising Club is also a great place for weddings, conferences and functions. The area boasts excellent fishing, diving and sailing with a public boat-launching ramp within 100 meters of the Motel. For those that like golf, Pauatahanui, and New Judgeford Clubs are within 5 minutes. There are also several movie theatres, and there is excellent shopping at the close-by, Porirua City complexes. Several historical trails will keep the walkers occupied and you can eat out at one of the several local restaurants. |
