Anchorage is a heritage listed boutique hotel located on the Esplanade in central Victor Harbor, South Australia's premier coastal tourist and whale watching destination. A leisurely 1 hour drive from Adelaide. Built in 1905, Anchorage has been tastefully renovated and redecorated to combine the charms of yesteryear with the demands of the modern traveller. With 20 rooms including spa rooms with balconies, seafront suites and ensuite rooms guests can enjoy uninterrupted sea views from Granite Island, home of the fairy penguins, to Port Elliot and the dunes of the Coorong. Ocean Grill Restaurant features Ala Carte cuisine with an emphasis on fresh seafood and steaks and quality regional produce complimented with a superb wine list specialising in local wines from the McLaren Vale & Langhorne Creek districts,and upto 70 imported beers.
