Located in the business district, the hotel is the only 4-star accommodation in the downtown Kamloops. The Pronto Restuarant, new at the Coast Canadian Inn, the distinct flavour of Torrefazione Italia Premium Coffee. Try the Napoli, a dark roast, the Roma, a medium roast or the Montecatini, a decaffeinated blend. Enjoy our all day menu featuring old favorites like Shepherd's Pie, Halibut and Chips or try the spicy Red Thai Prawns and Vegetable Rice Bowl. Dinner in Pronto's features a delicious Chicken Florentine with Mushroom Sauce or be tempted by the Pistachio Crusted Salmon Fillet. The Coast Canadian caters to the children in your life with a special menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. On the weekends, children eat for free when accompanied by an adult who is also enjoying a meal. Open daily from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm in the summer and 6:30 am to 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm in the winter. After a day of meetings or exploring Kamloops, unwind in Sgt. O'Flaherty's Pub. The Irish pub features an extensive selection of beverages, a tasty menu, big screen TV for catching the latest sports action, plus great daily specials. The weekday luncheon buffet is a delicious treat and offers a tempting variety of unique items. Whether arriving late or starting your day early, 24 hour Room Service is available. Sgt. O'Flaherty's Cold Beer, Wine & Spirit Cellar offers a great selection of imported and domestic beers, wines from our own Okanagan Region and the world, plus a fine collection of spirits. Mix and confectioneries are also available. Open 7 days a week from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm. Closed on Christmas Day. The Coast Canadian Inn is located in the heart of downtown on St.Paul Street between Third and Fourth Avenue. Within walking distance of Kamloops' main business district, boutique shops, fine restaurants and shopping malls. The Kamloops Airport is 12KM from the hotel and costs approximately C$25 one way by taxi or C$8.50 per person one way by airport shuttle service. The airport is serviced by Central Mountain Air, Air Canada Jazz and coming in December 2003, Horizon Air with a direct service between Seattle and Kamloops. From the North (Jasper, Edmonton, Clearwater): Via Highway 5 (Yellowhead), cross over the South Thompson River, take the City Centre exit on to Columbia Street. Follow Columbia Street until 4th Avenue and turn right. Turn left on to St. Paul Street. Hotel is on the south side of the street, turn left into the driveway. From the East (Calgary, Okanagan, Salmon Arm): Via Highway 1 (Trans Canada), take the City Centre exit on to Columbia Street. Follow Columbia Street until 4th Avenue and turn right. Turn left on to St. Paul Street. Hotel is on the south side of the street, turn left into the driveway. From the West (Vancouver, Merritt, Cache Creek): Via Highway 1 (Coquihalla Toll Highway), take the City Centre exit on to Columbia Street. Follow Columbia Street until 3rd Avenue and turn left.
