RESTAURANTS OUTLETS: ELEMENT (LEVEL 1) The stylish Element is designed based on the five Chinese astrological elements: fire, water, wood, earth and metal. The interior design, cutlery, menu and furnishing reflect characteristics of one component or another. The International Buffet is attractively displayed on frosted glass counters with fresh picks from the seafood ice bar. There is also a lively and efficient open kitchen with a teppanyaki counter. A la carte menu is available. CAFÉ ORIENTAL (LEVEL 1) Fashioned after the kopi-tiam of the 1950s, Café Oriental exudes and old charm that captures the quaint flavours of the past. ALPHABET BAR (LEVEL 1) Alphabet features an up-market bar with split level stations and first-of-its kind ice bar counter. A wine cellar displays premium labels for discerning wine connoisseurs. A resident band performs bossa nove, jazz and down tempo as guests dance the night away. HUE RESTOBAR (LEVEL 1) The newly open restobar is a Vietnamese restaurant & bar that feature a wine & cigar retail section which is located on the upper deck & Alfresco seating that is cosy & true taste of Vietnamese cuisine & the exquisite French culinary artifice. SILK ROAD (LEVEL 2) Silk Road features the “Best of China” cuisine. Chefs engaged from different provinces of China, like Sichuan, Shenyang, Beijing and Xian, use specially imported spices to create a truly authentic taste. Catch the chefs in action at the show-kitchen as they hand-make noodles and palatable dumplings. A tea server from Sichuan will demonstrate the traditional art of tea-pouring by suing a copper kettle with a metre-long spout.
