Take a moment for yourself this Spring . . . or several. The Snowy Mountains is “Always In Season” and Spring is the perfect time to relax, unwind and enjoy the pristine environment. Andrea’s White House in Australia’s Snowy Mountains is accommodation with a difference. Our guests often comment that Andrea’s White House is their “home away from home”. Andrea’s White House is a luxurious bed & breakfast set on six acres of snow gums at the foot of the Crackenback mountain range. To get your day off to a great start enjoy a breakfast of fruit juices, cereals, mueslis, yoghurts with organic and soy milks; followed by a cooked breakfast of free-range eggs – as you like – slow roasted tomato, mushrooms and bacon. There is also a selection of breads for toasting and a range of jams and marmalades. Coffee from our La Marzocco espresso machine pleases all and there is also a good selection of teas available. There are a number of award winning restaurants close by for you to enjoy. We offer a selection of beers from Snowy Vineyard Estate. If you prefer you can BYO, and there is a bar fridge available for guest use. When you come home to Andrea's White House at the end of your day you will be welcomed without the vast hordes of holiday makers. Each of our four guest rooms are individually decorated and feature their own private bathrooms. Our beds have wonderful linen, egyptian cotton blankets and a doona to keep you warm. Included in your private bathroom are complimentary toiletries including slippers, heated flooring and towel rails and soft gowns. There is also a separate TV room with a large screen TV and a wide selection of DVD's to watch for free ! We are small so you will feel at home, not overcrowded. The service is unobtrusive yet attentive and will have you feeling very spoilt. Give us a try, you might just be surprised and delighted at how much you will enjoy a stay at Andrea's White House. Coming from Sydney/Canberra. When you reach Jindabyne remain on the Kosciuszko Road through two round abouts. Follow the lake (on your right) until you see the Thredbo & Ski Tube sign. Turn left. You are now on Alpine Way. Travel for approx 11kms, pass Crackenback Farm & Pender Lee Chalets on your right. Take the next left-hand turn into a small road called Post Office Lane. Follow along you will see the our property(first house on your left). |
