This area comes alive on Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights with outdoor music and a variety of bars and clubs. Please be aware that it can be quite noisey these nights, but Livingspace is a great place to stay if you want a night on the town, so take advantage of our discounted end of week rates! Livingspace offers Studios, 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom Self-contained Apartments. We specialise in short and longterm accommodation. Ask about our weekly rates on arrival. All units have double beds, Sky TV, high speed internet connection, desk with DDI phone, voice mail and bathrooms. LivingSpace is very warm with central heating throughout. Modern security systems are installed and your personal swipe card provides secure access to the building and your room. 24 hour staffing and luggage storage available. Other facilities include 2 movie theatres, library, laundries, communal kitchen and dining areas, outdoor terraces, games room and lounges. LivingSpace is centrally located with the CBD, Cathedral Square, cafes, restaurants and cinemas within a few minutes walk. |

Easy walking distance to city attractions including: Cathedral Square Botanical Gardens and Hagley Park Museum, Arts Centre and Art Gallery Gondola (20 minute city bus or car trip) We recommend days trips to Akaroa, Hanmer, Kaikoura and local skifields (winter June - September). |
