Our 4 star resort has very spacious two and three bedroom fully self contained apartments with two bathrooms, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, clothes dryer, large balconies and panoramic ocean views (floors 4 - 16). Located 100 metres to a patrolled beach and a short 10 minute stroll to Cavill Avenue, the heart of Surfers Paradise renown for shopping, night clubs, restaurants and weekly Friday night markets. 5 minutes drive south takes you to the Casino and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. The resort has two swimming pools, one heated, heated spa, games room, gym, (2) saunas, covered bar-b-que area in lush tropical surrounds. Security underground parking is also available. Tourist and local buses stop at the door. **WE CANNOT ACCEPT BOOKINGS FOR SAME DAY ARRIVALS AFTER 7.30 PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY. BOOKINGS FOR THE WEEKEND CAN ONLY BE ACCEPTED UP TILL 12 NOON SATURDAY** IMPORTANT: For all weekend bookings guests are required to pay $100.00 each in bond security. This can be paid in cash or credit card. This will be refunded on departure should there be no damage to unit or common property. Any payments made by credit card will be refunded by Trust Account cheque. |

Large wrap around balconies with panoramic ocean & hinterland views (4th floor upward & subject to avail) Rates are for 6 people. Extra adults $30.00. Extra children $30.00. If coming by car our property is located at the corner of Surfers Paradise Blvd & Markwell Avenue, Surfers Paradise (6 blocks south of Cavill Avenue). The train stops at Nerang and the trainlink bus comes into Surfers Paradise transit centre in Beach Road and we are located 4 blocks south of Beach Road. Taxi drivers know the Genesis well. |
