Vacation in the mountains with all the comforts of home. The Lake Louise Inn is a modern mountain resort, nestled in a picturesque setting near the Pipestone River. Situated in five buildings, the 247 tastefully-appointed guest rooms offer something to fit every style and budget. Most of the six room types, which include standard, poolside, superior queen, executive, family lodges and superior lofts, feature a view of the outdoors. Amenities include a heated indoor pool, whirlpool, steam room, gift shop/newsstand, arcade games, laundromat, ski repair area and ski storage and lock-up facilities. No trip to the Rockies would be complete without sampling our local cuisine, and there's no better place for that than at the Lake Louise Inn. Dine in an open, airy atmosphere with a fireplace to keep you warm. Legends Restaurant, open early in the morning until late afternoon, offers a wide variety of hearty breakfasts and lunches that are sure to satisfy your mountain appetite. Timberwolf Pizza & Pasta Cafe features the best in family dining and is open for dinner from 5:00 p.m. until late in the evening. Children love our pizza, but we're famous for so much more! Or drop by Explorers Lounge for a drink or a light meal. This cozy, tastefully-decorated lounge is a hit with the après-ski crowd and is open from 4:00 p.m. until midnight. Need a quick pick-me-up? Grab a cup of java at our cappuccino/espresso bar. Planning an all-day hiking or skiing trip? We can prepare a bagged lunch for you, ready to go when you are, first thing in the morning. Shuttle service is available to Lake Louise, Sunshine Village and Mount Norquay ski slopes (all located within a five to forty-five minute drive of the Inn). The Lake Louise Inn is located approximately 185 kilometres northwest of Calgary and 58 kilometres northwest of Banff, Alberta on the Trans-Canada Highway #1. Travel Times to Lake Louise: Calgary to Lake Louise 2 Hours Banff to Lake Louise 40 Minutes Jasper to Lake Louise 3 Hours From the off-ramp for Lake Louise, go down the hill to the four-way stop sign. At the four-way stop, make a right turn. The Lake Louise Inn is located half a kilometre from the stop sign on the right-hand-side of the road. |
