Newberry Manor is a luxuriously appointed bed and breakfast accommodation, built in the year 2000. It is situated in Dunsborough in the Margaret River region and within walking distance of the town and, restaurants and the beautiful Dunn Bay. We are within easy reach of the wineries in the region and all the other tourist attractions the South West region has to offer. We have 3 suites which are king size spa suites, all beautifully appointed to the highest standard. All 3 suites boasts amenities such as fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, microwave, LCD TVs, DVD player and Foxtel, reverse cycle air conditioning, fluffy bathrobes, hairdryer, toiletries etc. The superior spa suite is upstairs, has balcony and microwave. Downstairs rooms have an entrance to the guest cottage garden where you can relax on the patio. The spa suites are large with double basins, double spas and separate toilet and shower. Guests can also relax in the quiet lounge room after a day of touring the local tourist attractions, have a port and chocolates and just chill out or watch a bit of TV on the new 42# Plasma. Log fire in the winter season for your comfort. Your gourmet breakfast is served in the sumptuous breakfast room overlooking the cottage gardens. Newberry Manor is the ultimate in luxury and is the ideal place for honeymooners or that special romantic occasion. Please note our rooms only accommodate a maximum of 2 guests. Children will be accommodated on the same basis as adult guests. We advise that the property and facilities may not be ideal for children. Minors 18 years and under must be accompanied by parents. |

| Getting There |
From Busselton, follow Caves Road until you reach Dunsborough town centre. Follow the signs for Caves Road to Margaret River and turn right onto Naturaliste Road. Chicken Treat and Shell service station are on the corner. Take the second right onto Marri Road and follow the road to the end until you reach Naturaliste Terrace. Turn left and Newberry Road is the first on the right. Newberry Manor is on the corner of Naturaliste Terrace and Newberry Road and is signposted. |

At Newberry Manor there is ample off street parking on the driveway. On-road parking is not allowed. |

Newberry Manor is ideally situated within easy walking distance to Dunsborough town where you will find top quality restaurants, cafes and shops. We are within easy walking distance of the beautiful Dunn Bay, where you can, when in season, catch a salmon or view the whales migrating along the coast. Better still find you own little niche along the picturesque coastline all the way to Meelup Bay or visit the famous Naturaliste Lighthouse. We are close to the numerous wineries for you to indulge in the tastes and creations that the area has to offer. You can explore the caves along Caves Road, swim with the dolphins or take in the Leeuwin Concert. In Dunsborough we have it all for you to relax and enjoy. |
